This is the first capture of the beloved grey headed fish eagle after the months of circuit breaker due to covid-19. Photographed with zoom lens but it will always be one of my most cherished shots.

Pin-tailed whydah’s beautiful tail is almost mythical!
The male uses its beautiful tail to charm the female of his dreams by dancing around in mid flight.

Juvenile White-Bellied Sea Eagles
The beautiful pair of babies are found in their nest. At this stage, their parents are still feeding them with fresh catches!

This beautiful Changeable Hawk-Eagle flew past with an army of crows trying to snatch his catch.

Golden-backed weavers’ diet consists of wheat and insects.
During the nestlings season, the females will be actively hunting for food to feed the chicks.

Little tern dives fully into rivers to catch small fish. They will shake and twist their bodies after a dive, the shots at this moment aim to capture their actions, facial expression and the water droplets.

Two brahminy kites fought in the air for territory.
Usually the kites will chase each other around the area of conflict and engage in talons fight as shown in this shot.

The male golden backed weaver guards his nestlings by staying close to the nest.
Sometimes he delivers food and also maintains the nest by adding new leaves.
Brahminy Kite
Brahminy kites will perform a fast straight dive at their preys. There is no chance for rodents and small animals to escape from its sharp talons.
Little tern
The little tern will twist and shake water from its feather after a dive for fish.
Grasshopper’s Final Moment
Female Golden Backed Weaver bought lunch back for her nestlings.
Singapore rich bio-diversity has supported our native birds and also hosted many species of migratory birds.
